Join our high-impact community of authors View in Browser SUBMIT AN ARTICLE MANAGE MY ALERTS ABOUT THE JOURNAL Biophysics Reviews Now Indexed in Web of Science & Scopus Introducing a New Type of Article: Visuals The editorial team of Biophysics Reviews is excited to share an announcement – we are now launching a new type of article for submissions: Gallery-type articles ("Visuals"). Visuals should be 1-2 pages and refer to an original, high-quality single image(s) capturing insightful observations in biophysical studies. The purpose of the Visual should be illustrative of research development and inspiring new research activities. Strong conclusions based on the limited evidence in the image should be avoided. We anticipate these submissions to have the following structure: Title, Abstract, Figure and Figure captions, Methods section, and References (optional). All Visuals will undergo our rigorous peer review process. An initial Special Collection of select Visual articles post-publication will be created and promoted in 2025. We look forward to receiving your submissions for a Visuals article in any of the topical areas in biophysics research. Submit your research today! ABOUT BIOPHYSICS REVIEWS Biophysics Reviews (BPR) is a relatively new journal that started publishing authoritative Reviews and original research articles in all areas of biophysics in 2020. BPR is a sister journal of Applied Physics Reviews (APR), which is highly regarded in the broad applied physics community.
