He obtained his Bachelor's degree in 1999 from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, his Master's degree in 2002 from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and PhD in 2008 from the University of Pennsylvania, PA, USA.
His main interests focus on low-dimensional electronic and photonic devices. He has published more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and 5 US patents. He has received a number of prestigious awards from the central government of China, Shanghai Municipal and the University. | |
